We would love to help you get color matched! You can either send us a DM on Instagram @GlamistaHair or send us an email info@glamistahair.com - please include an unedited photo of your hair in daylight and we will happily get you color matched. We can’t wait to hear from you <3

All of our website images are unedited, so you can see better what our colors actually look like - you can also put a picture of your hair close to a photo from our website to self color match your hair and pick the right color.

PRODUCTS

Our hair pieces already come pre-styled, but the hair can be styled as you desire. When you use hot tools on the hair, just keep in mind that you won’t be able to get the original style back! Minimal heat is advised. We do not recommend using a hairdryer.

Yes, you can wash the Perfect Pony. We do not recommend using a hairdryer, let it air-dry!

Unfortunately, the Perfect Pony is made of synthetic fibers and cannot be dyed.

1. Pony up or bun your hair.

2. Put the clip on top.

3. Wrap the extra piece around & secure with a bobby pin. YES babe, it’s that easy and only takes 30 seconds to apply.

We ship with DROPP & we also offer home delivery to make sure you get your order as quick as possible.

If you order before 13pm GMT on business days you will receive your order the same or next day depending on where you are. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery. If you do not see your shipping confirmation email in your inbox after 2 business days, please double check your junk/spam or promotions folder. Express shipping options and any other third-party fees are non-refundable. We cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the carrier. Please take a look at our shipping and delivery.

Returns and exchanges

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and un-opened.

Please contact info@glamistahair.com if you want to return your delivery with your order number.

There are two options for you to return your order back to us:
1. Come by at our warehouse between 8-15.30. Open Monday-Friday. We are not able to change your order at the spot but depending on the reason for the return you are either able to order new one from our website or we will ship to you new product. If you are returning your order to get refund you will be contacted shortly after you return the order.
2. Ship the products back to our warehouse.

As soon as we receive the package to our warehouse you will be contacted regarding refund and it can take up to 7 working days. Please contact info@glamistahair.com if you have any concerns.

Exchanges are unfortunately not accepted unless you receive faulty product. You can return your order within 30 days of purchase and then re-order the right color. ALL products must be unopened in its original packaging for return to be accepted. Any products that have been opened or tampered with will not be refunded.

If you receive a wrong product, please contact our customer service info@glamistahair.com and let them know which products you received along with your order number and we will get back to you.

ORDERS

Please contact info@glamistahair.com immediately with your order number and concerns. Please note that after the order has been processed, or left the warehouse we will be unable to make any changes to your order.

We are unable to make any changes to an order that has already left our warehouse. If you need to return your order please contact us with your order number info@glamistahair.com

BILLING AND PAYMENTS

We accept most credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Maestro, Union Pay, Visa Electron.) via Salt Pay ehf and you can also pay with Aur or pay later with Netgíró.

PRE-ORDERS

If a product is on pre-order, it means that this product is not yet released and our customers have the opportunity to place an order on that product. When the product becomes available, it will be shipped straight to our customers who have already purchased the product.

If a product is “out of stock” but in production, customers will be able to place an order on that product. When the product becomes available, it will be shipped straight to our customers who have already purchased the product.
